*Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Administrate & implement benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements in addition developing and implementing employees benefit Schemes
*Designing and expanding training and development programs to our new sales person , and follow up them till stand and begin their journey of sales .
* Perform other related duties as required.
