• Job Details:Taxation: Oversee UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT computations and filings; conduct tax health checks, implement structural reforms, ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage MENA Corporate Tax, Zakat computation, WHT, tax planning, compliance, and assessments in line with regional regulatory requirements. Manage Transfer Pricing compliance across MENA, including computation, documentation, and preparation of Master and Local Files in line with OECD guidelines. Mitigate tax risks by monitoring compliance gaps and implementing corrective actions. Audit & Financial Control: Review and finalize financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP and tax regulations Address external auditor inquiries, provide supporting documentation, and ensure audit readiness. Maintain compliance with tax laws and reporting standards to safeguard financial integrity. Tax Governance & Compliance Controls: Strengthen tax compliance frameworks by updating policies, procedures, and group-wide controls. Align business unit policies with tax regulations to minimize exposure and enhance governance. Tax Advisory & Business Strategy: Act as the key tax advisor, providing insights on tax implications for transactions, expansions, and operational decisions. Support restructuring, and business deals by optimizing tax efficiency and ensuring compliance.

• Job Details:Strategic Tax Structure Development: Design and maintain an agile Group Tax organizational framework aligned with TAQA’s strategic objectives, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability. Tax Policy & Compliance Oversight: Establish, implement, and monitor tax policies and procedures across the TAQA Group, guaranteeing full compliance with local and international taxation laws for headquarters and subsidiaries. VAT Governance & Reporting: Supervise Group-wide compliance with VAT policies, escalate non-compliance issues to senior management, and drive corrective actions. Tax Risk & Process Optimization: Identify and remediate gaps in critical tax processes to prevent under/overpayments, minimize penalties, and protect the financial and reputational integrity of TAQA and its affiliates. Financial Leadership: Lead the Accounting team (UAE & GCC) in financial result analysis, expense control, and risk assessment to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Audit Management: Spearhead the Group statutory audit timeline and deliverables in collaboration with external auditors, including ICOFR audit coordination. Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and present the Corporate Overhead budget, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
