• Job Details:• Providing co-ordination , management and supervision of long term and day to day curriculum planning. • Developing pacing guides. • Overseeing new teachers and teaching them how to link the standards • Reviewing class folders and lesson plans • Ensuring that all members of the key stage are aware of school policies and guidelines on matters such as homework, assessment, producing and use of materials, educational visits. • Organising weekly and monthly meetings with HODs and staff • Reviewing student portfolios • Preparing exams for different grades and subjects • Dealing directly with the principal and CEO of the school • Heading the Drama club at school • Extensive use of classroom interactive white board and other technology integration. • Incorporate various teaching strategies and techniques, such as leveled groups, guided lessons, discovery learning activities and various formative and summative assessment projects, to address the diverse needs of the student body.
