• Job Details: Undertaking financial studies and formulating budgets, forecasts, projections & cash flows  Controlling the budget operating cost, capital budget and cost allocation methods for the indirect cost Providing the analysis of financial conditions and future financial trends Reviewing & verifying various interim financial statements and the financial reports analysis Arranging the bank facilities request for the working capital, operations and investment projects; negotiating the details and conditions of facilities & borrowing rates with banks Recommending management regarding cost saving, profit generation opportunities and profitability improvement strategies Conducting special studies to analyse complex financial actions Generating reports on specific significant financial elements and ratios to analyse working capital requirements, investment opportunities and financial performance Steering daily cash management for the group company Attending monthly and quarterly business reviews with the CXOs and Business Heads Generating various MIS reports like monthly profitability report, monthly profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement, working capital statement and cash flow projection Liaising with the banks and other financial institutions for arranging funds for opex and capex requirement & enhancement of limits Strategizing and implementing accounting and financial policies/ principles and tracking systems for various functional areas while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, procedures and policies Collaborating with statutory & internal auditors and government departments for ensuring statutory & internal control / policy compliance Implementing various systems / processes as per business needs (as-is & to-be analysis) and reviewing processes as per business specifications Drafting budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine projected vs. actual; implementing corrective actions Driving cost savings by coordinating with cross-functional teams and leading process improvement initiatives Formulating business plans for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realise organizational goals Steering recruitment and retention for various departments of the company along with HR issues resolution
