Rules description

. Managing the governance for the regional operation for service transition in Europe enabling the clusters to be successful.
. Drive regional governance of Service transition performance, including regional management of on-hold, rejects and overdue orders to accelerate revenues and take pro-active actions to avoid negative impact on revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
. Implement early warning system to be able to take measures before orders go overdue
. Ensure projects are executed according to company standards and in compliance with company procedures and tools
. analyze order trends, perform root cause analyzes of customer escalations and define corrective actions

. Manage and monitor regional performance for service transition practice and ensure effective management reporting against agreed indicators.

. Ensure development of ST competencies in the region by appropriate training program and staff coaching.

. Develop and manage a governance to provide forecast of order volumes to the delivery organization for them to take it into account in their headcount forecast.

. Develop and maintain relationships with (internal) customers, peers, practices, sales and delivery organizations maintaining an environment that contributes to company success.

. Define and drive improvement programs and develop new initiatives to enhance the ST practice.
