• Job Details:I took on dual roles in both testing and sales. I administered placement tests to assess prospective students’ English proficiency, ensuring they were placed at their appropriate course level for their needs. This role allowed me to develop a keen understanding of language assessment criteria and the various English courses offered. Additionally, I worked in sales, guiding individuals toward the courses best suited to their goals and effectively communicating the benefits of our programs. This experience strengthened my skills in customer interaction, needs assessment, and the importance of matching students to the right learning path.
