• Job Details:Verifying the Purchase Requests (PR) received & Preparing Purchase Orders. Quick Processing of the Purchase Requests; being able to anticipate requirements and plan accordingly. Managing efficiently current supply chain and developing it. Working consistently to achieve optimum quality and cost efficiency as per company's work flow. Responsible for looking an alternative but reliable supplier and cost reduction options. Responsible for requesting quotation/proforma invoice from the supplier, validation and issuance of Purchase Order, Request for payment, tracking of payments and tracking of order shipments. Calculating landed cost (item cost + shipping cost) and liaising with Finance Dept. to agree/arrive on the selling price. Generating and updating weekly shipment tracker showing the status of orders, its estimated time of Departure from country of origin and estimated time of arrival to country of destination. Following up on suppliers/shipping & customs clearance agent to assure all shipment arrive on time. Actively leading negotiations with the suppliers and do follow-ups. Provide administrative support to the Operations team.

Procurement SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Handling "Aston Martin" new projects implementations from early sample phases till hand over to running production. Conducting weekly meetings with UK business unit & customer to discuss projects pending issues & potential solutions. Conduct material study for every project new build phase, monitoring & controlling raw material orders with suppliers till dispatch to customer production line. Analyze & monitor Air Freight costs required according to receiving customer schedules timings considering suppliers lead time & transit time. Reporting raw material liability to customer after build phase end. Handling engineering department requirements on daily basis. Control the procurement of raw materials, time scale identified in MRP. Conduct analysis of customer schedules. Determine the method of supply, based on demand, available stock, production requirements. Monitoring Supplier delivery performance to evaluate KPIs. Determines over deliveries & negotiate with supplier accordingly for return shipments or scrap. Responsible for meeting the customer's build schedule. Understand the impact to the business of schedule fluctuations in terms of material coverage. Develop and implement plans continuously to ensure that all operations are running smoothly. Attend relevant meetings regularly. Regular interaction & communication with Logistics Department seeking prioritization of raw material release from consolidation centers.
