• Job Details:Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Compiles and processes employee documentation and records, and keeps the employee database up to date. Assists the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, responsible for full functions of human resource and administration plan for recruitment and selection process.

• Job Details:Works closely with human resources to recruit, interview and train new data entry employees. Organizes schedules, performs regular coaching and counseling and disciplines employees as needed. Compiles and verifies the accuracy of data to prepare it for computer entry.
