 Replying to HR related Inquiries received from employees and resolve any problems
as they arise
 Recruitment:
- Responsible for performing the recruitment cycle and staffing in the company's
Head Office in Alexandria such as:
- Managing CV's pool and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates as well as

 Organizational Development " OD" :
- Conducting semi-annual performance evaluation review and ensures retrieval
of all documented performance reviews on time. Consolidates and summarizes
the company-wide performance review results.
- Participating in the succession planning.
- Employee Engagement and Retention.
- Conducting the training plan.
- Working on special projects within the company.

-Overseeing the maintenance of 2400 employees' benefits records through various systems.
-Coordinating training personnel in the understanding and utilization of employee benefits information.
-Organizing and directing the activities related to telecommunication, health, group life insurance programs.
-Preparing refund Cheques for health, and life insurance for each Business Unit.
-Preparing forms for various types of grants to be paid from the safe.
-Coordinating work flow and procedures between Employee Benefits and other departments.
-Acting as liaison between Employee Benefits and other departments and service providers.
-Handling company Mobile Benefit with the operator as a contact person; conducting operational tasks related to the company lines and ensure all related operations tasks are aligned with the company's policies.
-Seeking new benefits programs for the employees.
-Ensure all employees’ benefit scheme is applied appropriately.
-Update service providers and insurance companies with any updates in employees status (additions, deductions) and perform quarterly adjustments based on the latest employee status
