• Job Details:: Reporting to the CEO about the management and coordination of plant operations including equipment, operations process, shift management, inventory, stores, and maintenance in order to improve the facility’s performance in producing high quality products by: • Ensuring products are manufactured correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to customer specification and quality requirements • Coordinating with the Purchasing function / department to ensure material is purchased cost effectively and available for production when required • Managing the Inventory function /stock control department to ensure raw material and product is received, located, stored and transferred correctly and that the company’s stock inventory is accurate. As part of the senior management team. • Planning, organizing and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. • Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the company strategic initiatives. • Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving. • Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies. • Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action. • Monitor & review manufacturing operations to ensure correct quality standards. • Ensure that all production related activity is time and cost efficient / effective. • Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained & repaired. • Monitor, test, and supervise the electrical systems, equipment, components, to ensure perfect functioning of the production units. • Perform investigations and studies to establish installation standards and specifications. • Maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment’s, facilities, and systems within a predefined budget. • Coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with industrial specifications and regulations. • Inspect completed installations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. • Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems

KV SIMOPRIME with protection relay (SIPROTECT). • Maintenance of 11 KV / 0.4 Oil Type Power Transformers Up To 3 MVA. • Maintenance of 11 K.V Slip Ring Motors and Its liquid Starter. • Maintenance for M.V & L.V power factor correction (PFC) • Maintenance of battery charger and ups • Maintenance of L.V Panels And Motor Control Centers . • M.V. Fault troubleshooting and maintenance for C.B and power transformer. • Maintenance in AC drives (ABB,SIEMEN) ACS1000 , ACS 800 , ACS 800 multidrives,sinamics cu 240s, Micromaster440,Micromaster vector • Maintenance of ABB Soft starter (PSTB-370-600-70 ) • Maintenance of AC panels and AC motors and fault troubleshooting for it. • Maintenance of diesel generator • Making the daily maintenance for the machine • Implement the maintenance time table • Implement the work order coming from the PM department • Make the necessary measurement and tests for the motors,transformer andC.B • Be sure the machine running in safe operation • Preparing for overhaul and the planning shutdown

V Panels And Motor Control Centers .  Maintenance and troubleshooting of electric faults.  M.V. Fault troubleshooting and maintenance for C.B and power transformer.  Maintenance for DC panels and DC motors and fault troubleshooting for it.  Maintenance for M.V motors and it's Starters (Slip Ring Motors) and made the necessary protection for it.  Maintenance of AC panels and AC motors and fault troubleshooting for it.  Instrumentation fault troubleshooting.  PLC "Program accessing and troubleshooting".  Keep The Downtime Caused By a Breakdown Should Be a Minimum.  Keep The Plant Operate In An Efficient Manner At The Required Level Of Safety  Prepare the daily report for reason of stopping
