• Job Details:Study of plant layout by P&ID, piping data sheet, equipment layout, GA drawing, hook up drawings. Piping design activities (plot plan, piping studies, piping GADs, isometrics, etc.). Equipment placing as per plot plan. Heat exchanger piping as per P&ID. Pump piping as per P&ID. Air cooler piping as per P&ID. Pipe rack piping. Modelling of PSV piping. 3D modelling of piping supports in SP3D as per piping support standard. Extraction and checking of manual piping MTO. Checking and finalizing piping general arrangement drawing. Reviewing model by Navisworks. Extraction of piping isometrics from SP3D. Extraction of GAD from SP3D to do list error clear in SP3D structure, pipe rack, pipe support, equipment modelling. Study & modelling of pump piping, filter piping, air cooler piping, heat exchanger piping, rack piping, vertical column piping. Nozzle projection & nozzle orientation according to the required situation and data. Coordinating with piping leads, stress lead and other discipline leads. Resolving piping clashes in model by clash report. Updating the support as per the stress engineer recommendation. 3D modelling of piping, equipment in SP3D. Routing of utility lines. 3D modelling of piping supports in SP3D as per piping support standard. Modelling of temporary platform.
