• Job Details:While leading a workforce around 500 individuals with a full P&L, I'm strategically planning, leading, motivating and guiding Egypt supply value chain from the event of procuring required resources (internally and externally) to be utilized and processed through company manufacturing factories to deliver high quality products through our fleet and distribution network to our end customers. Plus my scope for following functions; 1- Supply chain. 2- Manufacturing. 3- Quality and continuous improvement. 4- HSE. Also assigned to deliver the following for overall Egypt organization; 1- Building new process management system. 2- Organizational excellence. 3- Digital Transformation Plan. 4- Innovation Management.
