ERP Support ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assessment and Implementation of Business software & support activities of SAP for Balsharaf Group. • Manage the initiation, planning and execution with monitoring and controlling for all projects related to the implementation and/or installation of business activities for the Group. • Project Team sizing, Project Charter, SLAs', Project Budgeting and Cost Controlling. • Continuously evaluation and re-engineering business requirements and offering solutions to business needs by identifying operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices and integration issues by suggesting alternative solutions. • Co-ordination between Mid-level and High-Level Management and designing the steering Committee agenda with the business Partners. • Developing effective user support policies and procedures/ user guidelines to create and maintain across the Group and evaluate their requirements. • Manage the development of technical design documents for updates, interfaces or reports. • Monitor the performance of staff on an on-going basis, conduct performance reviews of agreed goals and competencies and ensure that staff is working towards development. • Supporting and mentoring the staff as appropriate to improve performance and ensure they keep abreast of technical developments, relevant regulations and industry best practices. • Preparing and implementing of essential SLAs and required KPIs for the business and the team. • Prepare and implement Corporate Governance Policies & procedures • Preparation and Presentation of IT Budget and Forecasting • MIS Reporting - Contributing and preparation of periodic Reports supporting the business • Interaction with the 3rd world in-order to identify and source the business/management requirement • To develop, maintain and manage the programs for business continuity management / disaster recovery / crisis management • Build a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to assess internal and external threats and the risk they pose and recommends mitigation strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks • Develop a BCM strategy leveraging existing efforts and best practices • Drive and develop the content of BCM plans and documentation for core operational areas which includes, business resumption, recovery, restoration and disaster recovery plans that allows for business continuation in the event of disruptions or disasters • Work closely with technology teams to ensure their disaster recovery plans for critical systems and applications are consistent with the plans developed. • Manage and coordinate the efforts of functional managers • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards
