• Job Details:Worked as a Project Engineer for a G+12, building located at Dubai Sports city. With responsibilities of Civil works and coordination with MEP coordinator for the building completion. Worked as a Site Engineer for a Prestigious Project in Dubai named Falcon City Of Wonders. The scope includes design and construction of residential villa with earthquake resistant R.C.C structure and project elevations designed from international renowned Architect with world class amenities, well-furnished interior work, aesthetic landscape, swimming pool and gym Responsibilities: • Responsible for planning & organizing work, ensuring all resources Labor/material/ equipment are available and mobilize to the correct work location. • Responsible for completing all civil and steel structural inspection of excavations and ensuring that all work are being carried out within HSE guidelines. • Co-ordination with Client / Consultant for work execution & design review. • Taking decision on site to any change as per site requirement and taking approval from consultant. • Pushing contractors & sub-contractors for timely completion of works. • Execution of underground wet & dry services. • Coordination with MEP subcontractor for clearance of works. • Liaise with QA/QC Engineers, QC Inspectors as applicable in understanding quality requirements & maintaining pertinent quality records. • Coordinate with consultant to carry out quality inspections. • Responsible to carry out Civil Defence & Municipality inspections. • Recording the daily achieved progress and reporting it to the Construction Manager in forms of DPR & WPR. Responsible to maintain work product documents and reports for internal and external audits.
