• Job Details:Supporting orange affiliates for in support scope of SDP, CCN, OCC, air/af, NGCRS, NGVS nodes and make sure the Ericsson GCSO are compliant with agreed SLA and escalate important issues. Providing in-house tailored scripts for orange group affiliates to automate the health checks. Follow up on in Ericsson projects in orange group and secure the major operations.

Charging/VAS Support Engineer

• Job Details:Monitoring 24/7 the alarms generated on servers, or databases of Vodafone services domains (VAS, charging, messaging, mediation and payments). Troubleshooting the alarms on any degraded node to detect the problem using SQL, and UNIX skills. Testing the services after CRQs have been done during night shifts to ensure the services are working properly.
