Budget: QAR296.6 million (USD 81.5 Million) ● Guided architectural construction management achieved the project scope of work in accordance with the client's vision and design intent. ● Overseen and responded to 5k+ submissions documents. ● Giving instructions to the contractor for his actions to meet the contractual time and quality requirements. ● Reported on the contractor's on-site activities related to quality (QA/QC) and adherence to the methodology. ● Verification of the agreement of the scope of the contract with the requirements, drawings and specifications of the project. ● Actively contributing to progress meetings and chairing technical meetings and workshops. ● Devoted special emphasis to promptness and worked to maintain outstanding attendance record in a stressful environment. ● Incorporation of applicable standards, guidelines and government policies to promote a safe work environment. ● Preparation of a wide variety of written notices, reports and documents.

Build up area: Sqm 60,000 Budget: QAR 613 million Number of Floors: 2 above ground Car Parking + Main floor + 23F + 2RF Residential units include: 106 Studios, 107 one-BR, 120 two-B, 40 three-BR, 12 luxury penthouses, 14 Townhouses and 18 Loft 727 car parking, main lobby, back of house and common areas. Outdoor and Indoor Swimming Pools, on deck landscaping, and GYM. Providing overall project management for the project during construction and ensuring that all work undertaken is consistent with the plan's objectives and objectives as defined in the PMC contract with the client's policies and strategic objectives.
