My current role in amazon rolls up to Return Reduction BU as for Automation and Analytics Manager developing product features for key products 1) Zeus 2) Concessions Hub and 3) CAM to reduce cost of doing business by USD 700M. I was also sponsored by product leadership to complete 12 weeks Design Thinking certification in Q1’23 from MIT Sloan school of management. I work closely with amazon global Tech and Product team to identify business problems, collect user stories and create BRD for features to enable program leaders to reduce returns. In last 2 years I have owned 2 PRFAQs for key product features which helped reduce operational and program HC used in reducing returns through Andon and Concession program across WW.
