• Job Details:Managing, coaching IT Teams in Hikma Egypt & Ensuring continuous daily operations of the IT infrastructure. • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis • Train and support help desk representatives • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on team productivity • IT asset management via Ivanti ticketing system. • Risk asseemnent proposal and IT compliance officer ( IT documentations & IT controls , projects validation / qualification document. • Manage the life cycle and renew of the infrastructure at Hikma sites in egypt when needed. • Follow up & supervise IT warehouse . • Daily monitoring of solar winds , WLC & MRTG with the team to ensure that all ISPs services , switches , Acess points are up & running along with video & voice conference equipments daily check. • Follow up with system admins team that the backup ( incremental , differntail ) is performed successfully via VAEEM backup & replication software. • Fortigate firewall , AD , Group policy • Administering GxP domain ( Empower – Waters ) according to CFR part 11 & users access rights in a different apps. ( TOC , Atomic absorptoion , UV...etc) • Managing IT operation teams among Hikma sites ( 6th Octocer , Badr & Beniswaif) • Follow up with the operation team for IT infrasructure physical daily check • Administring & assigning tasks for IT team via Ivanti ticketing systems.and Ensure that every single incident & service request has performed in timely manner according to IVANTI SLA. • Make an mid-year , annual performance appraisal for IT team & training , developement plan as well. • Contribute and supervising the creation of IT SOPs for Hikma Egypt & Hikma Sudan , training team on all SOPs to share knowledge among the team and ensure that it impacted successfully on a daily , monthly , quarterly and annual tasks. • basic understanding of project management principles to provide basic estimates on timing, resource utilization and costs to facilitate the project planning process. • Managing IT Budget and IT needs among different depts.( Opex & Capex). • Oversee local support vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with SLAs. • Manage Hikma Pharmaceutical egypts IT service contracts & SLAs. • Study future requirements and give recommendations to Executive management.
