Retail Area ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Work with the CEO on setting strategic objectives related to the management of branch operations and dividing them into different regions . Follow up on the implementation of the objectives periodically, set priorities, and support and lead the area managers in the implementation. Work with the CEO on setting sales targets for the whole retail and zoning. Develop customer service strategies for the branches that will achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and supervise performance. Periodically manage and monitor the performance of the branches and regions, and ensure their compliance with the considerations, standards, and policies of customer service and customer satisfaction, and follow-up procedures for the efficiency of operations and what is related to the branches’ finances and periodic maintenance. Approving product requests by branches and ensuring their conformity with demand forecasts, customer demand analyzes and market developments. On developing the policies and procedures manual for branch operations and procedures to support the company's policy in achieving the highest levels of workflow and customer service. Ensuring that the process of scheduling employees' working hours is carried out in a manner that ensures the achievement of the highest levels of performance, efficiency, and employee motivation Responsible for nominating the locations of new branches for selection in cooperation with the CEO of the company. Follow up on the financial statements of the branches and regions and submit the required periodic reports. Study and analyze the absorptive capacity of the branches and ensure that the branches operate at their full capacity. Training branch managers, raising their efficiency and evaluating their performance in order to develop their skills. Managing the electronic sales unit and ensuring that it achieves the sales goals. Develop the strategy and objectives of the electronic sales unit in cooperation with the CEO and Director of Marketing and Sales.
