• Job Details:Handle and process various trade finance transactions, such as inward documentary collection (IDCs) and letters of guarantee (LGs). Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures for any trade transactions. Communicate with account administrators and different departments for any trade requirements.

Client Service Representative

• Job Details:Handle all HNW, private, magnifica, and retail customer inquiries about their transactions, accounts, and bank’s products. Follow up on customer issues and requests to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Contact Center Representative

• Job Details:Responding to customers inquiries about transactions, accounts, and bank products. Follow up and respond to customer complaints submitted.
