- Conduct periodical Factory visits to build relationships with suppliers and ensure production process is adhering to pre-set agreements.
- Create Production System to improve business efficiency through reducing Lead Times and faulty product margins.
- Research and source new suppliers for all product lines.
- Work closely with Brand Manager for Export Orders and ensure all orders are ready as per promised delivery times. Supply must be provided as soon as order is received.
-Work closely with Accounting Department to improve cash flow through managing delayed payments to suppliers.

Logistics Management

- Provide managerial support and direction of Production.
- Create, implement and oversee a set of performance metrics and KPIs measuring the effectiveness of the team & ensure that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
- Create and implement Company Standard Operating Procedures for all functions of Company and
- Create professional and efficient operational system.
- Improve Delivery System through logistics companies and in-house delivery fleet.
- Devise ways for cost efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Handle all Events’ logistics
- Responsible for the hiring of any new staff when needed: shop controller, shop keeper, sales persons, drivers etc..
