 Supervise technical skills training (Operation & Management) and evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
 Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Performance Management System:
 Develop employee’s assessment tools and criteria.
 Follow up on appraisal process with concerned departments.
 Develop PMS on annual bases regarding organization changes.
Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and Personnel:
 Processes Employee Status Change Requests and updates the database with the changes.
 Prepares the annual incentives/bonus proposal document.
 Maintains the different databases (Infinity-ERP, JDs and ODs) and ensures updates and changes.
 Ensure hiring documents completed and updated.
