• Job Details:( FADE HOTEL , PARKING , LANDSCAPE AND TIDES ) •Review and understand the execution plans, ensuring all work is carried out according to specifications. •Coordinate and supervise the activities of contractors and workers on-site to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule. •Oversee and inspect the construction work on-site to ensure that it aligns with the project plans and specifications. •Inspect and verify the quality of construction work on-site, ensuring it meets the required standards before acceptance. •Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.

• Job Details:( 2 BUILDINGS ( GROUND + 10 FLOORS )) •Calculate material quantities and assess resources needed for construction tasks. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. •Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and time. •Ensure proper documentation of completed work and any changes to the original plans. •Resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal delays in project timelines.

Civil Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:( 9 BUILDINGS ( BASEMENT + GROUND + 11 FLOORS )) •Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner •Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications •Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies •Handle over the resulting structures and services for use •Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
