• Job Details:1- Record and reconcile daily sales, returns, and cash collections from retail stores and e-commerce channels. 2- Monitor payment receipts, discounts, and customer refunds, ensuring alignment with financial records. 3- Track stock movements, perform random counts, and adjust inventory records for sold items. 4- Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) and analyze discrepancies between physical stock and system data. 5- Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) compliant with Egyptian accounting standards. 6- Process accruals, prepayments, and depreciation entries for fixed assets (e.g., store equipment). 7- Generate weekly cash flow reports and monthly performance summaries for management review. 8- Analyze revenue trends and expense patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities. 9- Maintain audit-ready documentation, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. 10- Assist in creating annual budgets and revising forecasts based on seasonal sales trends. 11- Collaborate with sales teams to verify pricing accuracy and promotional discounts.
