Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress. •Co-ordination with sales & purchase depts. for the effective output of the plant. •Schedules people, machines, materials, and support services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements. •Ensures team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on daily.Completes performance evaluations and counseling session in a timely and constructive manner. •Managing and motivating 250 employees of various nationalities to achieve the desired target. •An over-all supervision pf Plants, Equipments & man-power at two different locations at New Cairo & 6th of October . A Direct reporting officer to Technical, Production, fleet, maintenance & work-shop Managers and reporting to the C.E.O of the group. •Keep the plant running as efficiently as possible. •Inspection of concrete molds and setup.

  • Job Details:Concrete Batch Plant : ELBA EBC 105 with EMS 2250 2.25 m3 101-120 cbm/h Tasks & Duties: •Perform mechanical , electrical trouble shooting and maintain equipments of batch plant include Mixer , cement, water, additive silos , aggregates feeder , skip hoist , screws and control room . •Calibrate batch plant every 3 months ( cement , water , additive , aggregates ) weighting scales. •Knowledgeable with batching plants software operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting ( ELBA C-7). •Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting of generators and ATS control Panels . •Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and maintain equipments of Rocking Sand machine. •Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and maintain equipments of Rocking dolomite stone washing machine. •Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting of motor pumps in pumps room . •Supervision on concrete truck scale ( 3m x 18m ) installation from the beginning of structure works including digging works and concrete until installation of Rice Lake load cells and the software of truck scale. •Supervision on installation GPS & Concrete Dispatching Sensors of Concrete Trucks and Pumps. •Supervision on Supply and install Earthing System for Gamalon & Steel Structure , Main Panel and Light Current.
