• Job Details:• Oversee the implementation of the refinery Health, safety, environment, and quality management system. • Promote positive health, safety and quality culture. • Plan the provision of HSEQ services for the Refinery. • Prepare annual plan for deployment of Health, Safety and Environment resources. • Initiate the update of HSE procedures as necessary. • Control the cost of the HSE services within the agreed budgets. • Consult with Department General Managers on Quality Safety, fire and Environment Matters. • Monitor and develop the performance of safety, fire and environment services • Optimize effectiveness and meet anticipated requirements. • Initiate and control measures to meet HSE and welfare needs of the personnel under his control. • Motivate, Train and develop the personnel under my control. • Maintain liaisons with HSE inspectorate and local Fire, safety and environment services. • Crisis Management. • Ensure that assessments of potential emergency situations, including accidents, and their potential impacts are periodically conducted. • Ensure that emergency response and crisis management plans are in place from each facility, are kept up-to-date and are understood by those who may be affected and those who will respond. • Ensure that the resources necessary to respond to emergency situations are defined, available, ready to use and periodically tested.

• Job Details:• Facilitate the Siemens Zero Harm Culture throughout the Energy Solutions Business. • Lead and manage Country EHS leadership with strategies to include: compliance, behavioral safety, development and standardization of Siemens project safety programs • Maintain/analyze/ communicate business EHS Metrics • Facilitate continuous learning programs and tools for EHS awareness/training • Reduce overall risk and cost to the business. • Partner with Site Execution - Construction and Commissioning, Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain organizations to promote the Zero Harm Culture Values. • Support and implement the integration of EHS programs, goals, values into power plant construction, commissioning and operations. This can include but not be limited to streamlining procedures and processes while improving program effectiveness and increasing collaboration and synergy throughout the Siemens Businesses an Global locations • Lead the Energy Solutions business with strategies for EHS, compliance and harmonization of EHS related procedures. • Collaborate with Regional and Global Siemens EHS Leaders to ensure alignment, support and communication of the Siemens Zero Harm Culture. • Chair the ECO Green and Zero Harm Cross functional EHS Improvement Teams. - The Zero Harm Team provides the business with EHS Promotions, Employee Engagement, and Program Improvements activities • Keep up to date EHS systems and procedures relevant to work in accordance with the requirements defined in systems. • Development of Project Environmental and Health and Safety Plans along with associated EHS documentation specifically required for the project in the planning phase of the project relative to Siemens contractual/legal responsibilities and continued review of the plans during subsequent project phases. • Work with project team and appointed EHS Advisors in project site(s) implementation planning and arrangements to reduce risk and ensure compliance to onshore and offshore EHS Legislative requirements including but limited to the following areas: • Contribute to the audit process for third party contractors and Siemens Sub-Contractors • Participate in the appraisal and modification of safety method statements and risk evaluations in connection with planned project work on site.
