• Job Details:Seashell Playa Resort built over 100-acre coastal area on the Mediterranean Sea- SHAKER, ECG Consultants Responsible for managing, conformance of all MEP scope on the construction project. Supervise review and coordination of all MEP submittals and shop drawings, RFIs and change order, action Plan relevant to MEP activities. Involved in preconstruction activities to ensure consistency with other projects’ operational aspects. Participates in the preparation of the mobilization plan With HSE manager, QAQC manager, to contribute in preparing and submitting the site evacuation plan with HSE manager, construction managers, preparing and submitting of traffic management plan. Manage to review operation procedures and systems and develop these to increase efficiency and reduce costs, review constructability, and introduce value engineering approaches. Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans. Manage to present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. Identify strengths and weaknesses in the engineering/ technical resources and recommend measures necessary to raise the dimensional competency levels. Review, prepare and approve all temporary work design, such as tower crane foundations and all other temporary works such as MEP/Infrastructure related formwork, shoring systems, etc. Review and analyze for contractor's change order proposals for cost and compliance with the change. Submits work progress reports to Operations Director on monthly basis. Ensures the project is completed on scheduled program, with minimum cost expenditure, maximum value recovery, and safe working environment delivering the clients with a high-quality product. Delivers the program to the client within the timescale and contribute to compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). Compile and maintain a matrix of all resources engaged in engineering/technical aspects of projects in order to assess and update on their capabilities. Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and Assist commissioning process towards hand over of the facility to Engineer & client. Ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety conforming with international best practices and national construction standards, using internal staff, as well as sub-contractors and sub-consultants.

• Job Details:MEP Projects Director  Responsible for a portfolio of MEP construction projects as are assigned.  Responsible for ensuring the successful planning, manages, executes, completes and handover multiple MEP projects related to energy efficiency, energy performance contracts and retrofits for utility/industrial projects, high rise towers, and other commercial facilities.  Leads in the development of department standard, operating procedures relevant to MEP sector.  Supports the organization in providing SBU, leadership and technical expertise in the key areas of MEP and infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction processes.  Coordinate and interface closely with all project directors and project managers to ensure no delay or interruption with current ongoing engineering functions while overall enterprise engineering function is standardized, enhanced and centralized.  Directs projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing (in all-pervasive role) the integration of operational/technical activities.  Prepares engineering reports, budgets, tender documents, cost estimates and assists in the evaluation of proposal, tracking all related Bid Summary, RFQ, LPO, PDC, L/C, etc.  Supervise review and coordination of all MEP submittals and shop drawings, RFIs and change order, action Plan relevant to MEP activities.  Assist in project execution for conformance with all contract documents and to ensure that the deliverable meets the requirements.  Set up the enterprise DC system on the project site and ensure it implements all relevant company Integrated management system processes and procedures on the project.  Liaise with local authorized as required Participate in on-site and other meetings and participate in discussions with local/municipal authorities, as appropriate on matters pertaining to construction site activities when requested by the project PMC.  Ensures the project is completed on scheduled program, with minimum cost expenditure, maximum value recovery, and safe working environment and at the same time provides clients with a quality product, taking overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades.  Contributes in construction management plan CMP, participate in the strategy plan, coordination and execution of all majors and minor project activities utilizing consultants and subcontractors’ coordination and technology.
