• Job Details:Provide information to individuals, teams and departments on various topics of the QMS as needed to ensure people are aware of Quality principles and facilitate implementation. Resolve escalated Quality management queries related to interdepartmental issues by interpreting company procedures in order to meet customer and business requirements § Disseminate and escalate Quality management communications appropriately across the organization to ensure awareness of initiatives/activities. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the production and analyzing it. Performing and controlling quality on all inputs of the manufacturing and testing process, with issuing necessary reports in accordance with the relevant procedures and instructions. Make documents and SOP for products. Select suppliers and inspect raw materials to meet quality standards of the final product. Collect and compile statistical quality data . Maintain, test and troubleshoot all measuring devices. Report problems immediately through report. Make a plan for assessing each device thoroughly. Monitor risk management activities. Control and modify internal and external documents. Conducting internal audit of Quality Management System. Do daily inspection to make sure that manufactured products meet a set of quality standards. Interact directly with customers to determine and identify needs and work towards producing products to support these conditions Modify existing designs to meet quality standards. Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to production department to repair the defected products. Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all products. Inspect the manufacturing process by inspection protocol to help improving products Make necessary actions needed to repair defected items and develop solutions to prevent it ( NCR ) . Schedule a new time plan for delivered products after inspection and modifying the defected items.

Quality Assurance SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Technical support Chemist responsible for Add chemicals, such as Soda, chlorine, Antiscalent and other chemicals to disinfect water or other treatments, - Inspect equipment on a regular basis. - Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges. - Record meter and gauge readings and operational data. - Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, filter beds, and other work areas. - Ensure safety standards are met. - Follow up Environmental Protection Agency regulations. - Monitor of chemical usage for water treatment plant. - Very Good knowledge in pumps, MMF(sand filter), Activated carbon filteration, PH meter, dosing Pump, UV treatment. - Carry out the preventive maintenance monthly and yearly. - Able to perform research and development tasks. - carry out basic analytical lab testing on the characteristic influent & effluent. - Good laboratory skills, weighing, mixing, testing physical properties. - Interpreting data and meeting strict guidelines on documentation when recording data and reporting results. - Good analytical chemistry skills: Titrations, Viscometer, NIR. - Ensure work output and standard of the department comply with and consistently meet company's standard's.

Quality Assurance SpecialistPart Time

• Job Details:-Reviewing Batch Records: Maintaining & controlling a firm system for revision of products manufacturing and packaging records to be ready for release. -Performing quality assurance shop floor activities and tours. -Responsible for leading investigations for the area of responsibility. -Collecting data daily from the various departments concerned i.e. production, packaging, & Q.C. -Checking and reviewing the data to ensure its adherence to specified protocol & Guidelines & current GMP, on daily basis. -Checking the finished goods retain samples. -Collecting data from various departments concerned with APR. -Reviewing & checking the collected data. -Filing of finished report with its concerned attachments. -Following up corrections with the concerned person in the respective department. -Follow up of the outcomes from the deviations in the area. -Summarizing data from protocols through documenting them in standard checklist& batch release. -Perform root cause analysis for deviation in area of responsibility. -Commitment to follow quality, safety and health procedures and maintain the work environment. - Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate -Reviewing materials request before dispensing for Assay, batch No.& QC No.& ensure that all included quantity-materials were released from QC. -Sampling bulk and finished products and making needed in process tests to check conformity of each product with its specification. -Leading investigations in the area of responsibility. -Ensures HSE approval on any SOP that requires certain HSE precautions. -Follow the laboratory safety procedures. -Commitment to the appropriate PPE use. -Assures that all activities carried on in are complying with the safety measures. -Respect of Company’s Values, Code of Ethics and Social Charter.
