Implement certified actions to achieve agreed goals. Execute co-workers security awareness assessments and manage observation results. Supervise security team ensuring highest levels of work efficiency within the budgeted productivities, motivation. Conduct regular planned reviews for continuous performance improvement. Assistant Security Manager

• Job Details:Perform assigned tasks allocated by security manager for planned measures ensuring IKEA customer, co-worker, property and facilities security within store and its vicinity. Validate Al-Futtaim and IKEA security standards and demands. Circulate among visitors and employees to preserve order & protect property.
