• Job Details:Quantity Survey Engineer for Orascom construction at Almasa hotel - New Alamien Egypt. Almasa hotel is one of the biggest hotels inside Egypt. It is a fast track project consists of one mall with area 20000 m² and six high raise towers, each tower is 24 floor with area 900 m². I have experience in Low voltage, Low current & Automation systems, MEP systems, Quantity survey, Material Procurement, Contracts, Invoices…..etc. Duties & Responsibilities - Prepare BOQs of all drawings related to the project. - Review all contract documents with consultant and client. - Prepare and submit invoices to consultant and client based on contract conditions. - Prepare and submit variation orders to consultant and client based on contract conditions. - Prepare and submit letters to consultant and client. - Prepare and approve contracts with subcontractors. - Review and approve subcontractors invoices. - Review and approve subcontractors variation orders. - Review measured BOQs. - Follow up with Engineering to issue design drawings. - Review all design documents with main contract specifications and be sure that all documents satisfy the contract requirements. - Prepare the SCR (Subcontractor Request) & RFQ (Request For Quotation). - Follow up with subcontractors their work progress (QS, Invoices, Progress). - Material purchasing (Issue PR (Purchase Request). Review and approve offers received - Evaluate subcontractor's offers. - Attend site meetings in terms of contract and quantity survey related discussions and proposals.

Electrical Field Engineer / Technical Office Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:Electrical Field Engineer for Elsewedy Electric PSP at Beni Suef 4800MW CCPP Project - Egypt. Beni Suef 4800MW CCPP is one the mega projects in the world. It is a fast track project consists of 4 modules. Each module consists of two gas turbine, two heat recovery steam generator and one steam turbine with ability of 1200MW per module. I have experience in High voltage, Medium voltage, Low voltage, Low current & Automation systems, MEP systems, Material Procurement, base, detail & Shop drawings, construction and commissions…..etc. Duties & Responsibilities - Provide construction team and commissioning team with solutions for any technical problem. - Construction Supervision. - Follow up with Engineering to issue the design documents (Technical specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings, and Calculations). - Review all design documents with the main contract specifications and be sure that all documents satisfy the contract requirements. - Issue final approved documents for construction. - Review and approve material issuance requests based on drawings. - Review and reply on all inquiries received from subcontractors/construction (Requests for information, Requests for proposals and Request for variation). - Review and approve submittals like shop drawings and material submittals. - Review all drawings received from engineering section (SLD, Load panel schedule, cable sizing, cable raceways, cables termination, wiring diagrams ….etc) and provide them with my comments. - Cable management System for Power Plant (Forecasting, Modification and Termination) - Prepare the SCR (Subcontractor Request) & RFQ (Request For Quotation). - Follow up with subcontractors their work progress (QS, Invoices, Progress). - Prepare shop drawings for site issue. - Prepare Red lining and As built drawings. - Material purchasing (Issue PR (Purchase Request). Review and approve offers received from suppliers. - Communicate the supplier to get the document submittal requirements (DSR) and Time Schedule. - Evaluate subcontractor's offers. - Follow up with the supplier to get the FAT schedule and attend the FAT to ensure that the supplier follows the testing procedures and ask the supplier to provide us with the FAT test reports and as built drawings. - Review all contract documents. - Review and follow the project schedule. - Review measured BOQs. - Attend site meetings in terms of engineering related discussions and proposals. - Attend meetings with Clients and Contractors to resolve and propose solutions for technical outstanding/ disputed issues. - Provide solutions for engineering problems due to site requirement.
