Products Development Manager (Electronics)

• Job Details:Responsible for building the brand and its products with all departments (product lifecycle). Prepare the technical specs and follow prototype samples with suppliers then verification & validation test and then manufacturing & production. Ensure that all products comply with the mandatory certificates and are ready to be launched. Monitor flow with supply chain for shipping & delivery time. Prepare the technical documentation for each product & brand catalog. Initiate, plan, develop and implement new products based on market study and sales overview. Discuss, agree and finalize annually/quarterly budgets with each vendor, in coordination with related departments internally. Collect and study feedback from sales & category on market dynamics, consumer trends. Assist sales department by conducting weekly/monthly meetings with each channel head to discuss any challenges related to the brand. Managing the QC department and maintenance department.

Electronics Department Leader

• Job Details:Implement PCB assembly line from zero point for mixed technology (SMD + through hole). Working with ERP system (SAP): transactions for (BOM, routing, production order posting, PR creation). Prepare study for PCB manufacture factory (single/double sided). Prepare electronics lab equipment based on handling the department budget, communication with suppliers for technical issues & new technologies. Responsible for developing new suppliers for components, PCB, PCBA’s & lab and test equipment. Responsible for QC department (incoming material & in-process). SMT equipment’s (Dima printer, Yamaha P&P machine (YS12-F), (Prymax-75) reflow oven) through-hole line: (Vetronic-Soltec wave soldering machine) with its in-feed & out-feed conveyors + manual insertion line (custom made tables with transfer system). Strong relation with suppliers (electronics lab, testing equipment’s, components, tools) in China, Taiwan, Turkey & USA & India. Responsible for design team & PCB assembly implementation team (4 engineers). Responsible for production & process team: 1 engineer, 2 foremen, 16 technicians. PCB design for manufacturing (CAD/CAM, Gerber) files. Design of wire accessories products: touch switches, light dimmers & fan dimmers, indicators for switches/sockets. Design USB chargers, adapters LED drivers based on (iWatt Co. & PowerInt Co. technology). Analysis of product issues. Reverse engineering for electronic cards using Scancad system. PCB design, using prototype CNC (Bungard) machine with isolation milling technique. Responsible for PCB assembly prototype SMT lab from (DDM Nova Star Co.) Co. USA.

Maintenance Engineer

• Job Details:Repair HV power supplies and (S.M.P.S.) for laser systems. Design small laser systems (medical-lab's). My department concerns the engineering applications of lasers to serve different fields such as industry, communications, biomedical engineering and optical systems. Good experience in solid state lasers, laser diode solid state lasers. (R&D) work. Good experience in thermal analysis for laser systems.
