• Job Details:Enova By Veolia, Egypt Mall of Egypt facility manager www.enova-me.com • Responsibilities: - Manage the contract between the client (MAFP) and the service provider (ENOVA) for all tasks related to hard service and minor civil. - Work through the CAFM platform to manage, assign and follow up daily tasks for facility engineers, supervisors and technicians to ensure the satisfaction of the end-user and the client. - Study additional services requested by the client and estimate budget and assign needed contractor or make it through an in-house team. - Prepare and budgeting annual required CAPEX and share it with the client to get approval from the business leaders. - Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Oversee the Workplace Improvement projects "Renovation, Relocation, and development" - Follow up on technical objectives related to the quality and efficiency of the maintenance activities

• Job Details:Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Project management Business unit www.majidalfuttaim.com Project manager, MEP • Responsibilities: - Study project documents (drawings, specifications & BOQ). - Follow up the contractor's progress day by day and ensure that all MEP works construct in aligned with the schedule. - Ensure that the consultant inspects all activities day by day. Moreover, manage and resolve any conflict all onsite conflict to the satisfaction of project requirements - Manage onsite project activities and oversees total construction efforts to ensure that the project constructs by scope, budget, and schedule. - Supervise and manage the contractor activities to the satisfaction of all project delivery goals. - Collect work performance data, analyze and compare it against performance baseline. - Work with the project management team to identify project objectives with alignment to the scope, budget, and schedule. - Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors. - Work with the LEED Consultant in collecting the required documents for enhanced commissioning credit. - Ensure any engineering and commissioning performed by the field team is by established standards. - Ensure Quality Control and scope of work are compliance through daily site inspections. - Arranging submission of plans to local authorities and arranging building inspections by them. - Deliver all MEP systems to the facility management department.
