Conducting regular code reviews and mentoring junior QA engineers to uphold best practices and improve test automation quality. Monitoring and guiding the work of junior QA members to ensure timely delivery and alignment with quality standards. Collaborating cross-functionally with development, DevOps, product, and UX/UI teams across different tribes to align quality goals and release timelines. Building and maintaining robust automation test suites using Selenium with Java, TestNG, and Jenkins pipelines. Supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with test automation feedback. Participating in sprint planning, design discussions, and retrospectives to enhance QA involvement in the development lifecycle. Logging and triaging defects effectively using Jira and providing detailed documentation and feedback.
