Supervising and leading a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of mobile RAN. Managing the deployment of various radio and transmission systems from leading companies such as Huawei and Ericsson. Conducting site surveys, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshooting and resolving equipment functionality, network performance, and equipment issues.
