• Job Details:• In person marketing with guests who check into our resort • Schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss the new company updates • Sell vacation packages to different destinations all over the US • Partner with resort staff and different departments to guarantee customer satisfaction • Provide guests with all information needed and resolve any issues they may have • Generate new leads from guests on property and digital resources • Send daily and weekly performance reports to Management • Participate in monitoring, coaching and training of team members • Assist in fine-tuning and implementation of policies and procedures
