• Job Details:Responsibilities:  Keeping a record of BIM models and their status & monitor data and relationships between models.  Site visit every day for coordination between site and mechanical department.  Coordinating with Structural, Architecture and MEP service against clashes.  Running interface check between Arch, STR and MEP disciplines.  Providing Revit support for MEP department on design and technical issues.  Checking for the modelling & engineering clashes for design reviewing using navisworks.  Working on modelling process and coordination preparation of submission of MEP model for approval.  Using model submission with naviswork and weekly update submission of models and navisworks files  Comply all mechanical variation required by the client and/or project consultant.  Making Builders work drawing layouts for all services through wall and slab.  Responsible for checking the HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing (Water & Drainage) layouts.  Preparation of Shop drawings including but not limited to Layout/Floor Plans, Sectional Details, etc.  Incorporating Consultant's comments to submit revise Shop Drawing, if any.  Check quality of work of the design project.  Preparation as‐built drawings for final approval.  Preparing quantity survey for Mechanical disciplines.  Familiar with International Drafting Standards.
