• Job Details:Review drawing, equipment & vessels details, documents and projects specifications prior to construction. Preparing Cost estimate and WBS reports. Quantity surveying and contractual matters with a substantial experience in developing and reviewing BOQs. Prepare procedures documents for all activities to be matched with project's specs. Monitoring and reviewing surveying reports. Coordinate with construction crew for ongoing civil/structural activities including but not limited to excavation, compaction, rebar inspection, form work inspection, installation of anchor bolts, field density test, concrete pouring, shims work, grouting, etc. Creating bar bending list Carry all inspections by authorities & Ensure execution of works is as per drawings and specifications to achieve maximum quality. Ensure that all supplied materials matching with the submitted data sheets. Vigilant for upcoming scheduled activities testing, concreting, etc. Attendance of all tests concern materials samples. Monitor and supervises fire proofing for all vessels, pipes, trays & steel structure located in hazard area. Report all ongoing progress to client. Monitor the time schedule of the projects and ensure that the progress of all activities is within. Maintain safety measures at site to avoid any accidents or hazards (PTW & Pre-job safety meeting, etc
