• Job Details:Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis, management reports, and KPIs Manage budget, and cash forecast Monitor and report to management on budget variances Oversee the day to day accounting processes and monitor the monthly/quarterly closing processes Review and approve all payments, and ensure that correct and timely payments are made to suppliers in compliance with the signed agreements Ensure that all accounting transactions are in line with approved authority matrix Ensure that the acquisition & disposal of fixed assets are done in adherence with the company’s policies Monitor intercompany accounts reconciliation Review and approve monthly bank reconciliation Ensure timely preparation and submission of periodic tax returns Prepare the monthly reports on various tax/legal payments made Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions Liaise with internal and external auditors Liaise with insurance companies to renew the insurance policies Review and report the adequacy of insurance coverage annually and monitor insurance claims Manage the effective achievement of the finance department objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing staff and providing formal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance and team motivation Encourage internal training of employees within the department to improve their capabilities & skills
