• Job Details:- Spent 4 weeks at Victoria Branch moving between different departments including: Customer service where I learned cross-selling and up-selling and guided over 100 clients in understanding bank products and financial inclusion principles. Operations where I learned about the clearing of checks, operational systems, and the relationships between different banks. Audit and Control where I assisted with validating the signatures of the clients, the requests made by the customer service department and the transactions made by the operations department. - Attended online lectures focusing on hot topics such as Fintech, Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence. - Built a “Green Finance” project highlighting banks’ role in sustainability. - Engaged in an interactive cybersecurity simulation to understand risk management in banks.

Treasury InternInternship

• Job Details:- Gained insights into the internal audit department, focusing on financial audits, fraud detection and reporting. - Learned about the activities of the treasury department, including cash management using SAP. - Had the privilege of learning about the intricacies of tenders within the petroleum industry.

Sales InternInternship

• Job Details:- Learned about the history and evolution of the Egyptian Stock Market. - Guided the clients in gaining general knowledge about the stock market and the principles of investment.
