• Job Details:Project: " Beni Suef Combined Cycle Power Plant CCPP 4800 MW " Responsibilities: ➢ Implement maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive, inspection, and performance monitoring) – safely and efficiently to meet company and maintenance department targets and KPI’s and emphasize effective resources consumption/utilization to secure optimum maintenance cost. ➢ Develop and review assets maintenance strategy, maintenance work instructions (MWI) , programs, and directions in compliance with vendor recommendations, codes and standards, and best practice to ensure effective maintenance activities and optimum asset life cycle cost. ➢ Manage work orders/permits, work plans, purchasing and spare parts using CMMS program (Siemens BFS). ➢ Correctly manage and report all maintenance activities and assets data / records through company program (BFS) to keep continuous and valid records for all assets. ➢ Identification of work hazards and creating JSA (job safety analysis) to be linked with work orders. ➢ Prepare - in conjunction with planning team and implement plant shutdown maintenance activity plans to meet company targets and KPI’s. ➢ Supervise the site manpower staff technicians and foremen during daily activities to accomplish maintenance activities safely, timely, and efficiently. ➢ Ensure contractors utilizing proper and sufficient safety gears and working under company approved procedures to secure safe working environment and incident-free workplace. ➢ Develop and periodically review with discipline supervisor inventory list of all discipline required assets and equipment spares & consumables with optimum Min/Max levels satisfying plant safe operating targets and meeting optimum cost – and follow up order accordingly. ➢ Manage spare parts purchasing routine including technical evaluation and cost estimation and coordination of procurement to provide technical expertise if required. ➢ Communicate with vendors of the Equipment to investigate the problems and incidents and cooperate with vendor and procurement department to get the quotation of the recommended spare parts. ➢ Troubleshooting and implementation of root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment faults diagnosis. ➢ Commissioning and start up for mechanical equipment. ➢ Conditioning monitoring activities for plant equipment like vibration analysis (using Emerson CSI 2140), oil analysis, thermography analysis and ultrasonic monitoring. ➢ Responsible for rotating equipment such as Gas Turbines (Siemens SGT5-8000H), Steam Turbines (Siemens SST-5000) , pumps ((centrifugal (horizontal &vertical) (single & multi stages) KSB), axial vertical Xylem& Termomeccanica Pompe and positive displacement (piston, gear, screw and diaphragm) , compressors (Screw (Atlas Copco,Ingersoll Rand, Boge and Adicomp) , liquid ring (NASH) , reciprocating (Boge & Gardner Denver) and centrifugal gas compressor (Siemens STC-GO (14-1-G)) ,fans (Howden & Kelvion),blowers, centrifuges (Alfa Laval) ,Gearboxes (Flender) and diesel engines (Perkins& clarke). ➢ Responsible for static equipment such as HRSG (NEM Boiler), cooling towers (Seagull), pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers (shell &tube (fixed &U tube), fin tube, double pipe and plate type (Sondex , Funke) , valves (isolation, control and safety), clarifiers ,water treatment membranes and piping fabrication & welding activities (metallic &non-metallic).

• Job Details:# (From 17/7/2021 till present) Project: "ZOHR Natural Gas Field Project (EniProgetti & Belayim Petroleum Company (Petrobel)) " # (From 22/10/2019 till 13/7/2021) Project: "TCI Sanmar Petrochemicals SAE - Port Said, Egypt" Responsibilities: * Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment. * Participate in maintenance plans management (Master Plan & MWI) using CMMS software. * Plan, Schedule &Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance and estimate recommended manpower, spare parts, and timeframe. * Participate in material control management based on inventory parameters. *Troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment. * Commissioning and start up for mechanical equipment. * Manage work activities based on safety standards and preparing different types of work permits attached with risk assessment, TBT , SWI ,MSDS and marked P&ID. * Participate in creating lifting plans of equipment. * Condition monitoring and reliability activities like vibration analysis, oil analysis, RCA, MTBF, KPIs, etc. * Equipment overhauling and maintenance activities including inspection , clearances measurement, shaft run out & end play, balancing (static & dynamic) , alignment (laser & dial indicator) , flushing & jet pump cleaning , hydro& pneumatic testing , preservation ,etc. * Responsible for rotating equipment such as pumps (centrifugal (single & multi stages) & positive displacement( piston, gear, diaphragm, plunger and screw)) which are compatible with acidic, caustic, flammable and Toxic liquids (M/S.API Plan 23,31,32,53A&B,54,62) , Compressors (Screw , liquid ring (single &multi stages) ,reciprocating and centrifugal) ,Gas Turbines (Siemens-SGT-400), Fans & Blowers, Centrifuges and Agitators &Gearboxes. * Responsible also for static equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Columns &Towers , Reactors , Hydrolyzers ,Clarifiers, Heat exchangers (shell &tube( fixed ,U tube and float type),plate and spiral) , Valves (isolation, control and safety) and piping fabrication & welding activities. * Maintenance Activities for Utilities such as (Boilers (water &fire tube), Cooling Towers, Chilled water & glycol systems , Incinerator area and ZLD water treatment plant ) , Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems and finally Bagging Machines &Conveyors Systems.

Mechanical Commissioning and Maintenance EngineerFreelance / Project

• Job Details:Current Project : " New Assiut Combined Cycle Power Plant 1500 MW " (ORASCOM & GENERAL ELECTRIC are the main contractors in this project). Work Scope : ORASCOM Scope (BOP) and also for GE Scope under supervision from GE Team (Boilers & STG) Responsibilities :  Participating in operation and performance tests for Gas Turbines ( GT-9E.03 )  Making walk down and punch list for systems before commissioning activities such as demin , waste , fire fighting , closed cooling , condensate , instrument air , HRSG , main steam lines , vacuum , ACC (Air Cooled Condenser) , lube oil , hydraulic , steam seal , etc.  Chemical cleaning activities for Boilers (HRSG) (Doosan Boiler) , Condensate and Feed water systems.  Checking for installation activities after chemical cleaning such as internal parts of valves , strainers baskets , flow meters , permanent bolts and gaskets , blind flanges for chemical cleaning connections , etc.  Using the boroscope to check the cleaning of piping and equipment like pumps.  Checking the final alignment of flanges and couplings of equipment including (cold and hot alignment).  Making leak test by dry air and dry preservation for the boilers by Nitrogen gas till the Steam Blow start.  Adjusting the stroke of motorized and control valves like auma valves with I & C team.  Making solo run test for motors and mechanical run test for mechanical equipment and Measuring all of ampere , voltage , vibration , temperatures , speed (rpm) and noise during the tests.  Making flushing and commissioning procedures for systems.  Making air blowing and flushing activities for systems such as closed cooling , condensate , feed water , diverter damper lines and lube oil , hydraulic , etc.  Preparing the module for the Steam Blow and checking about the temporary lines and silencers.  Steam Blow activities and target plate inspection for every path of steam and checking for installation activities after steam blow like piping , internal parts of control valves , flow meters, etc.  Wet preservation for the boilers depending on process requirement.  Vacuum system commissioning and decay test.  Hot Cleaning activities for Air Cooled Condenser.  Commissioning activities for auxiliary skids of steam turbine and generator such as lube and seal oil , hydraulic , steam seal , gland steam condenser , electrical super heater and gas analyzer skid (H2,Co2 and N2) ,etc.  Plant Bypass operation till steam turbine commissioning.  Steam turbine commissioning activities.  Operation and Maintenance activities for all static and rotary equipment such as Boilers (Doosan Boiler) , valves , Steam Turbine (General Electric) , lube and seal oil skid , gland steam condenser skid , feed water , recirculation and condensate pumps (HYSOUNG Pump), closed cooling & demin pumps (Garbarino Pump) , Vacuum pumps (NASH) , Drain pumps (KSB) , oil free compressors (Atlas Copco) , ACC & closed cooling fans , etc.  Making overhaul maintenance for some equipment such as feed water pumps (checking for all rotating parts (like impellers, balance disc and balance piston) , mechanical seals, journal bearing and thrust ball bearing and stationary parts.
