- Develop and implement recruitment policy in coordination with the HR Manager.

- Work on developing and implementing the training & development policy in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Manage efficient database and records for all training activities.
- Provide feedback for management.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.

Organization Development:

- Responsible for employees performance appraisals cycle.
- Developing new job descriptions for new positions and revising current ones.

Employee Relations:

- Advise management and employees on disciplinary actions, performance problems, and other issues to resolve disputes.
- Conduct necessary investigations by interviewing involved individuals and gathering related documents.
- Reply employees inquires regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations, and grievances.
- Follow up on grievances and appeals and apply the required disciplinary actions as per the management recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Administers benefits programs such as health insurance and Leaves (annual, sick & absence).
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Others:

- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Responsible for preparing employment documents and contracts.
