• Job Details:1-Reestablishing the Engineering Department, the Scope involves Hiring the Staff and establishing the structure of the Department, Developing the Function Diagram, process analysis, …….etc. For the Department which consists of five sections as follows: Design Section, Working & Construction documents Section, Graphic & Multimedia Section, Permits section and Maquettes Section. 2-Managing strategic planning, coordination with CEO, and other Departments as HR, Investment, Sales, Marketing Financial, Technical Office and Construction and procurement Department. 3-Reviewing, providing and Appraising Reports for CEO and other Departments, as performance Appraisal for staff, Activity Time Sheets, Time frames and Time Schedules for Projects, KPI, Projects Progress reports, Annual raise for staff. and RFP with other external Disciplines. Promoting staff developments and training……etc. 4-Providing Principal concept for Mega projects, review Design, drawings and documents, and reports for approval. 5-Site visits and Instructing supervision Team. 6-Providing Technical support & guidance to the staff.

Head of Architectural DepartmentFull Time

• Job Details:-Providing, review and approve documents & reports such as preparatory site investigations report (PSIR), analysis of regulations, design brief, spatial program reports, basis of design report, , material survey reports, mode boards….etc. -Providing conceptual, schematic and design development drawings & documents. Including preliminary free hand sketches & illustrations, colored plans & layouts, photoshop & powerpoint presentations, 3d visualization and cad drawings for both Architectural & Interior Projects. - Firm representation such as contracting and meeting with the clients to receivie and address their requirements and time schedules for submissions, presenting and submitting projects, meetings with governmental authorities to negotiate and approve ministry decree, municipality and buildings permits, also defining the scope of work & arrange the request for proposals with out source consultants, contracting them and attending the weekly technical meetings with their representatives. -Providing construction & tender documents, such as working drawings, BOQs, cost estimations, specifications, requests for proposals, queries replies to contractors, tender forms, invitations to bids, RFIs and other site related issues. -Coordination between disciplines like architectural, interior, structural and electromechanical. -Design, Buildings & fire safty Codes & standards review, assurance & approval. -Shop drawings review and approval. Site supervision, progress reports planning and time schedules. -Providing technical support, guidance and supervision to the staff, monitoring performance & evaluations. -Value engineering & coast control management.
