• Ensure that all employees have the necessary support and information on all employment

• Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource
questions and issues
• Providing written and verbal employment verification's.
• Assisting with the creation of training manual HR manual, and employee handbook.
• Updating job descriptions as needed.
• Coordinating and setting up training classes or meetings.

In parallel to the HR Coordinator position, from October 2015 till present I also filled the
position of:
Policy Delivery Coordinator at the same company (Egyptian Life Takaful).
Responsibilities:-
• Receive printed applications from sales & identify any missing documentation and properly
escalate and submit to head office.
• Print policy schedule, I-quote, welcome letters, ACH form and all policy relative documents after
policy’s issuance.
• Prepare policy pack and arrange appointments with customers for hand delivery by our collector.
• Get customer signature on application documentation and policy delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and providing a speedy and thorough resolution to simple customer
issues and problems during visits otherwise transfer to customer relations.
• Attach scanned applications / documents to the electronic system.
• Send the hard documents “Signed Applications, Policy Delivery Receipts, Deposits cash receipts,
mandates and any business.
• Handle cancellation & refund cases.
• Correspond with Policyholders to advise them on endorsement.
• Update the branch staff about changes in Company policies and procedures.
