• Job Details:Provide the vision organizational strategy and focus to implement the Energy Program using AI (Deep Reinforcement Machine Learning) to optimize HVAC systems, achieving 5% to 20% in Energy consumption. Serve as the internal leader and go to expert for energy management. Monitoring emerging trends programs and issues communicating and educating others on relevant topics (including and not limited to IPMVP, Baselines, Energy trends and Benchmarking, ISO 15001 and LEED). Evaluate Energy options present recommendations and implement programs with 0 capex for reducing energy and utility usage and the associated costs. Analyze projects in relation to total life cost and prepare proposals for presentation to our clients, (Energy cost savings up to 18%). Work with the facilities managers and chief building engineers to ensure that the highest possible scores are achieved Where appropriate Utilize the utility data tracker of utility usage for the portfolio and identify energy Outliers. (32 Projects) Work on Energy studies from site surveying to development of Baselines by using Multiple linear regression analysis based on IPMVP (3rd option C, and 4th option D) with the appropriate option. Prepare M&V plans for each project according to building use type (Shopping malls, Hotels, Hospitals, and commercial buildings) in 7 regions (Russia, Thailand, China, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Egypt). Doing the assessments of projects to check the computability of the facility to be connected to Arloid cloud server to the BMS or VRF panel with different connection protocols 1. Bacnet, 2. Modbus, etc. Lead the savings reporting on monthly and annually bases between 5% to 20% on whole facility Energy consumption. Upgrade the property's ENERGY STAR label and other desired standards as per the compliance, as well as reducing the CO2 emissions, and maintain the Delta‐T for DC Utility providers.

• Job Details:Applies building energy simulation programs to develop energy, cooling, and heating load‐building models using modeling software. Performing energy auditing, load estimating, energy modelling, equipment sizing and risk analysis for building services plant and equipment based on ISO 50001, & ISO 14001. Working knowledge of building systems, i.e. boilers, chillers, HVAC/R (including Building Management System. Supporting in‐house energy modeling team in developing energy models and energy benchmarking. Revises TRACE models for additions/changes to the facility that affect existing guarantees or for optimizing existing control strategies. Conduct ASHRAE LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 energy audits and walkthroughs. Manage Lab ventilation program. Create a construction schedule for energy retrofit work by outsourcing the work, continuously earning 35% project margin on the majority of projects. Use IES‐VE, and Energy Star Portfolio, for energy modeling analysis.
