10) Follow up the final contracts with company lawyer and review it to be sure it include everything was agreed with customer ( prices ,pricing terms, Payment Terms, Invoicing Currency & Discount Scheme)
11) Prepare the expected revenue report for customer in year.
12) Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
13) Prepare the menu specification with all details and send it kitchen to provide customer daily flight with agreed menu.
14) Send the final agreed prices with customer to Finance department in order to prepare the invoices.
15) Upload sales price on SAP system.
16) Handle and resolve customer complaints.
17) Participate in all airlines catering tenders and prepare everything to win tenders with achieving the expected profit .
18) Achieve monthly target.
19) Prepare all weekly and monthly reports to GM.
