I have started with DSG on zero HR management. For the 1st to 2nd months of initial operations including preparations of all requirements for working visas, recruitment contracts for overseas Recruitment Agencies and to Saudi Embassies, I have managed to complete recruitment of personnel for the project team. Being only staff in HR, I have managed to deploy hundreds of candidates and arrived in the Kingdom for initial executions of construction project in Riyadh site. We managed to deploy over 3,000 employees recruited outside KSA. Also, I was closely working with HR Manager on initiating internal policy and procedure and requirements.

Responsible on data analysis, recruitment personnel to the company both local and international, personnel administration, salary and benefits, Payroll, vacation, ticketing, accommodation, transportation, insurances, visas, GOSI, Muqeem, Labor office system and other related functions of HR & Admin departments. Also, with full understanding of Saudi Workmen Law's and requirements.

 Communication with insurance companies (Quotation requests, renewal of insurance policies, addition and deletion of employees and their family members...).
 Responsible for following up with the labor office and other governmental agencies.
 Compliance and application of company internal policies and procedures.
 Drafting all necessary internal memos and ensure to receive the proper signatures.
 Organize the management business trips.
