• Job Details:General Counselor of Legal and Administrative for Top Management / Head Office - Maadi Branch at Gold's Gym : Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Working as a legal and administrative consultant for the company and handling the legal issues. • Assistance in hiring process, train and develop sales staff and Trainers on Sales Issues. • Assistance in company plans creation and follow the plans steps. • Generates sales leads through Company–sponsored events while coordinating with the regional marketing function locally. • Motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels by using the established Gold’s protocols and sales system programs. • Establish and maintain an active referral system with the sales team. • Develop and retain corporate client relationships through the sales team on a monthly basis. • Audit sales team on a monthly basis. • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production. • Administers the Company’s policies and procedures within the Sales and trainers Team.
