c. Align with all teams and control the process of LG (Letter of Guarantee) releasing.
d. Managing whole process of LGs releasing and documentations.
e. Follow up on all teams to reduce the life time of each LG including pending problems root cause analysis and solving.
f. Act as synchronization point between Sweden Bank(s) and Local One(s) to have both up-to-date with any newly issued or released LGs.
g. Work on finalizing any pending actions, obligation towards customer to clear as much LGs as Possible.

l. Correlation between Outages, Power Alarms, Batteries status and Availability to find mismatches and clear conflicts for further studies.
m. Reducing man-hour through by hiring tools developer to team for less working hour and more automated reports and analysis.
n. Weekly Performance through Scoring evaluation mechanism for all areas in the project for close monitoring for areas performance and attitude.
