Personnel Duties:

HR Recruitment Duties:
 Create and develop a pool of profiled CVs of suitable candidates in the different areas required for the company.
 Responsible for classifications and handling all CV's for hiring process.
 Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates.
 Conduct competency-based interviews, if needed, to assess the candidates qualifications and competencies.
 Participate in the HR orientation sessions for the new hires to increase their awareness of the company policy.

Compensation& Benefits Duties:
 Prepare and update monthly payroll as per the received monthly variables; deductions, rate changes, transfers etc.
 Handle all bank transfers, open new bank accounts for new hires, and issue HR letters for employees.
 Verify the calculation of the monthly Premium Card, Personal & Car Loans statements.
 Administer various employee benefit programs: life, medical and pension insurance.
 Provide benefit orientations, enrollments, claims processing of insurance.
 Implement new benefit programs; arranges and conducts employee information presentations and enrollments.
 Prepare and setup meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits.

Organizational Development (OD) Duties:
 Assist HR Manager in creating and updating the company policies and procedures.
 Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
 Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.
 Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments.
