1- Administering monthly payroll for all company’s employees and according to policies, procedures, Labor Law and approved payroll timetable.
2- Preparing all payments related to (Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, Outsource Companies, Expatriates, etc…).
3- Administering staff daily attendance, all kind of employees’ inquiries, overtime calculations, permissions and delays according to labor law and as per company guidelines.
4- Administering all kind of records, all transactions with reflect on or outsourced hired staff including monthly payroll, payments related to wages and salaries according to company policies, procedures and labor law.
5- Preparing and handling personnel issues (employment contracts according to labor law, hiring and termination process according to labor and social insurance laws).
6- Monitoring and handling related social insurance transactions and forms (Form 1, 2 and 6).
7- Establishing and maintaining all personal files and employees records.
8- Administering all necessary information related to employee database.
9- Handle all recruitment activities (maintain CV's pool, CV's Screening, Preparing hiring forms).
10- Conducting various research studies pertaining to personnel services and benefits with the view of improving and developing the same (i.e. Staff Satisfaction Survey).
11- Contributing in Salary Surveys comparing between various companies in the Egyptian Market.
12- Responsible for recognition process, choosing, selecting and filtering employee of the month from different departments according to company's procedures and regulations.
13- Fully responsible for the company’s Internal Training Center Project, including choosing attendees according to Training Matrix, defining schedule, preparing Certificates of Attendance, reviewing materials and tests related, etc…
14- Administering the training and development activities (Local/Abroad) provided to all categories of staff as per approved plan and training needs assessment (TNA) taking into consideration the organization of different environmental programs.
15- Fully responsible for implementing Orientations for the newly hired staff and collecting their training program documents.
16- Administering the Performance Appraisal System and assess the performance criteria qualitatively and quantitatively & provide analysis of the same with the view of highlighting the problems encountered to achieve their job Objectives & identify their training and development needs.
17- Ensuring that the Job Descriptions of all positions included in the approved Organization Chart are properly prepared, approved and updated as & when required.
18- Coordinating & handling all documents related to HR for the Internal, External Audit and MPS (Mercedes Benz Production System) for the HR Department.
19- Coordinating & handling all documents related to summer trainees, spending their internship duration at the company.
20- Ensuring that the various Personnel Policies Systems and the operating procedures are established, maintained, implemented and updated as & when required.
21- Handling other related duties as & when required.
